Children stay free of charge in their own travel cot in their parents’ room (with 2 full-paying adults) up to the age of 2.

Arrival: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 13:00.
We would like to ask you to arrive by 14:00!
Friday & Saturday arrival is possible until 20:00!
Departure: On the day of your departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 am.
Payment: The hotel bill must be paid on site in cash or by EC card on the day of departure at the latest.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
For groups of 6 persons or more and reservations on weekends and public holidays, cancellation is free of charge up to 28 days before arrival.
Later cancellations or changes will be charged at 80% of the travel price. No-shows will be charged at 100%. Cancellations must be made in writing.
Prices: The prices are per person/day including breakfast. For a double room for single use, the single room price applies.
All prices include VAT and service charge.
With the publication of a new price list, all previous ones lose their validity.
ON WEEKENDS, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR’S EVE, SPECIAL EVENTS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, MINIMUM STAYS OR A SEPARATE PRICE LIST APPLY.
Travel cancellation insurance: To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, loss of employment, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung ERV.
